Overview
BIOWEG is looking for a new team member to strengthen BIOWEG’s presence in the cosmetics, agriculture and food industries. In this role, you will help tell our story to the world by developing marketing campaigns, managing digital channels and creating content that communicates our mission in a clear and engaging way. You will also support events, trade fairs, newsletters, social media and other marketing initiatives, playing a key role in building strong connections with our B2B clients.

Your Role
* Define and implement the brand strategy to establish and strengthen the company’s identity in the cosmetic ingredients market
* Create and manage technical marketing content (brochures, data sheets, white papers, presentations)
* Organize and coordinate the company’s participation in trade shows, industry conferences and scientific events. Manage logistics, communication and promotion related to these events (internal & external)
* Company’s website management (update, SEO-optimized), develop and execute a content strategy for social media to grow visibility. Monitor analytics and performance metrics to continuously improve digital presence
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and customer needs to guide marketing strategies. Provide insights and strategic recommendations based on market research and performance data
Your Profile
* Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
* At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar Marketing & Communications role
* Strong knowledge of design and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
* Hands-on approach to marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand identity and business objectives
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
* Knowledge of the biotech, life sciences or specialty chemical ingredients industry is a plus
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
* Fluency in French and/or German is a plus
