Title: Regional Sales Manager — Projectors (DACH)
Location: DACH (Germany / Austria / Switzerland) — remote / hybrid Employment type: Full-time
About the role
You will drive the expansion of our projector business in the DACH region by conducting market research, developing customers and channels, defining international product strategies with R&D, and delivering sales targets aligned with corporate objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct detailed display industry and projector market research for DACH; identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Develop and manage B2B and channel relationships (resellers, integrators, distributors, system houses) to grow sales and market share.
- Collaborate with overseas product managers and R&D to define international product roadmaps and packaging based on market insights and competitor analysis.
- Own client development and meet or exceed assigned sales targets in the DACH market.
- Create and execute practical overseas expansion strategies and go-to-market plans aligned with corporate goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Report to the Sales Director Europe
Qualifications
- 8+ years' experience in product management and overseas sales for international brands
(preferably in projection/display/AV).
- Track record of building overseas sales channels from scratch to sustained growth or delivering major performance breakthroughs individually.
- Strong analytical skills, deep product knowledge, and ability to translate market insight into product and commercial strategy.
- Experience producing industry research, product line plans, and marketing strategies to meet sales targets.
- Solid marketing capability: market research, product planning, brand promotion, and channel development/management.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and negotiation skills in German and English.
- Goal-driven, resilient, and able to perform under pressure.
