Key Responsibilities
As a senior relationship manager, you will develop and implement strategic initiatives to acquire new clients, expand relationships with existing clients, and drive business growth in key target segments and markets.
You will collaborate with business partners and introducers to enhance market reach and client engagement. This involves identifying and addressing client needs, offering suitable products and services, while ensuring accurate execution of client instructions to maintain high service quality.
The role requires a strong network of mortgage brokers, particularly with Nordic ties, which would be beneficial. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build sustainable relationships, and high integrity are essential.
* Relevant degree in financial education and certifications.
* Background in corporate banking/corporate finance is considered an asset.
* Fluency in English is mandatory; additional European languages are an asset.
* Proven experience in private banking, business development, and relationship management.
