Responsibilities
1. Drive digital performance marketing for EV models across the German market.
2. Plan, execute, and optimize paid media and performance campaigns to generate and convert qualified leads.
3. Own and continuously optimize the website and EV configurator with strong focus on UX, conversion, and technology storytelling.
4. Lead CRM strategy, lead management, and automated customer journeys across digital and retail touchpoints.
5. Build and optimize data-driven funnels from online engagement to sales conversion.
6. Collaborate closely with Product, IT, Retail, and HQ teams to align digital platforms with EV technology and commercial goals.
7. Track and optimize digital KPIs, performance metrics, and conversion rates.
8. Ensure compliance with European data protection and digital regulations.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing, ideally within the automotive, EV, technology, or e-commerce sector.
3. Proven experience managing paid media and performance campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion optimization.
4. Strong understanding of website management, UX optimization, and digital customer journeys, including configurator and e-commerce environments.
5. Experience with CRM systems, lead management, and marketing automation platforms.
6. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience tracking digital KPIs, funnels, and conversion metrics.
7. Familiarity with European digital regulations and data protection requirements (e.g., GDPR).
8. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, IT, retail, and global headquarters.
9. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
10. Fluency in English and German required; Mandarin is an advantage
