As part of our Corporate Functions hiring team, you will support our global teams in finding the right team fit. You will be point of contact for candidates, as well as internal stakeholders. Structured candidate assessment. You will contribute to the structured review and pre-qualification of incoming applications, ensuring a high-quality and efficient selection process aligned with our standards. Professional interview coordination. You will support the preparation and follow-up of interviews, helping to create a seamless and positive candidate experience at every stage of the process. Direct candidate communication. You will communicate with applicants via phone and email, gathering relevant information and acting as a reliable and professional point of contact throughout the recruiting journey. WHAT YOU'LL BRING. You are a student in an advanced semester of business, social sciences, (business) psychology, or a related field – ideally with a focus on HR, organizational topics or recruiting. You have already gained practical experience during your studies, for example in HR, Talent Acquisition or consulting. Analytical thinking, structured and precise working methods, and a high level of independence come naturally to you. You have ideally gained first experience within any ATS (Application Tracking System). You enjoy working in a team, value down-to-earth collaboration, genuine support, and reliability.
