The Excelitas facility in Alzenau, Germany has key positions in Research & Development, Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, and other administrative functions. This facility specializes in the production of infrared emitters for industrial process technology, particularly for heat treatment and drying in a wide range of industries such as automotive, coating, plastics, textiles, food, printing, and glass. Additionally, this site houses a modern application competence center that conducts practical tests with customer materials and laboratory simulations of specific processes to determine the optimal process solution
We are looking to fill this position on a full- or part-time basis.
What we expect:
* In your role, you will support the HR team in all personnel-related tasks in day-to-day operations throughout the employee life cycle.
* You will assist with various HR processes, including labor and social security law issues. You will use modern HR technologies such as SAP SuccessFactors, FreshService, and other specialized tools to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
* In addition, you will be an expert and key user (m/f/d) for time management at the site and ensure that local working time regulations are implemented in the system.
* You will keep an eye on payroll-relevant entries in time management and be the point of contact for employees, managers, and HR colleagues for all questions relating to time management.
* As a member of the Shared Service Center, you will also take on cross-location tasks, particularly in the area of time and attendance.
* You will be responsible for creating ad hoc and regular HR reports and supporting HR management and business partners in analyzing important HR key figures and statistics.
* In addition, you will enter personnel changes into the forecast file and assist with annual HC and personnel cost planning. In doing so, you will also be responsible for efficiently managing the interface between HR and Finance.
* In your role, you will also work closely with the works council on your areas of responsibility.
* Initiating and supporting projects for the further development of organizational structures and HR processes rounds off your job profile.
Your profile:
* Completed commercial training and experience/further training in HR or a degree related to HR
* 3-5 years of experience in human resources management/personnel controlling and time management
* High IT affinity and interest in digital HR systems
* Confident use of SAP HR, SAP SuccessFactors, and MS Office
* Experience with reporting tools such as MS Power BI is an advantage
* Enjoyment of systematic HR data analysis and digital time management
* Structured and careful working style and ability to deliver accurate results even under pressure
* Analytical mindset and strong numerical skills
* Very good written and spoken communication skills in German and English
* Ability to actively contribute to the team and continuously develop yourself and the HR department
