What You’ll Be Doing
* Develop New Business – Build and expand customer relationships across your region (e.g. Bavaria, potentially into Austria or Switzerland).
* Be the Technical Expert – Help customers understand complex gas systems and cleanroom requirements, backed by an expert engineering team.
* Manage Existing Accounts – Serve as the key contact for established customers, deepening engagement and ensuring satisfaction.
* Represent the Business – Attend exhibitions, pitch solutions, and act as a local ambassador for the company's high-quality systems.
* Shape Your Territory – With the support of your branch and leadership, help define sales strategies and customer pipelines tailored to your market.
What You Bring
* Experience in or exposure to the semiconductor, cleanroom, or gas systems environment.
* Strong technical acumen — whether from service, applications, or engineering roles.
* Ambition to step into a customer-facing role and grow with a business.
* Comfortable communicating in German (essential); English is a plus.
* Based within easy reach of key customer locations; willingness to travel regionally (~30%).
