Pixel perfect mindset is what drives our Design team. As a Graphic Designer you will be the bridge between a Creative team and various stakeholders and will have an important role to play in establishing design standards for AUTO1 Group.
Job Description
* Collaborate with senior designers and creative leads to conceptualize and execute design projects.
* Create compelling visual content, including branding assets, marketing materials, social media graphics, and website elements.
* Assist in the development of layouts and designs for print materials like brochures, posters, and packaging.
* Work with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with business goals.
* Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables while incorporating creative innovation.
* Prepare design files for print and digital production, ensuring high-quality output.
Qualifications
* 1+ years of experience working in Graphic Design roles as well as a strong portfolio of related projects.
* Must have a Degree in Design, Visual Communication or related field.
* You have good knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Motion design skills are a plus.
* Desire to work with a fast prototyping approach, learning from the user behaviour to then iterate and improve.
* Team player with strong communication, presentation skills and ability to incorporate feedback and take/give direction well.
* Fluent in English is a must, another European language is a plus.
