Corporate Governance Expert
Job Description:
As a key player in the corporate landscape, you will have the opportunity to advise high-profile international clients on complex corporate matters. Your expertise will be essential in managing diverse financial portfolios and ensuring seamless decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising clients on corporate law matters, including incorporations, restructurings, and liquidations.
* Managing a portfolio of around 100 financial entities, encompassing SOPARFIs, TITRIs, RAIFs, and SPVs.
* Drafting board minutes, preparing meetings, and ensuring decisions are implemented effectively.
* Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, notaries, banks, and service providers.
* Maintaining full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborating closely with internal teams and the accounting department.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you will require:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in a fiduciary, law firm, or similar corporate environment in Luxembourg.
* A strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance principles.
* Fluency in French and English; additional languages are an asset.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage complex corporate structures independently.
