* You will be part of the Operations team and will play a key role in supporting the technical operational processes on the trading floor.
* You provide hands-on support to Trading employees
* This requires close coordination with various stakeholders such as the business teams and the support organizations being our "first point of contact" for DevOps Support (ROTA)
* You take over necessary IT and system orders
* You will also be responsible for service management
* You keep a constant eye on the contracts and costs mentioned here and make concrete suggestions for optimization and their implementation
* Ordering workplace equipment, user management for the systems and applications managed by DevOps and site support are also part of your tasks
* Crisis and emergency management of a KRITIS operator (if required) does not deter you
Ideal Experience
o Worked within a Trading environment and understand the way it behaves
o You have completed a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field of study
o You bring your excellent communication skills, in German and English, and also in other foreign languages, to
o You have a proactive and structured way of working, show a strong commitment to DevOps and enjoy working in a team
o Ideally, you already have an ITIL certification
o Experience in the service desk or other units of a support organisation
