Deine Aufgaben
1. Du führst die laufende, periodengerechte Finanzbuchhaltung (Debitoren-, Kreditoren-, Bank- und Anlagenbuchhaltung) durch
2. Du erstellst Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
3. Du optimierst und stellst Prozesse zur Verbuchung aller anfallenden Geschäftsvorfälle sicher
4. Du erstellst und übermittelst Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen sowie die monatliche Meldung der Bundesbank
5. Du stimmst Konten ab und überwachst und klärst offene Posten
6. Du wirkst bei der Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse und trägst zur Optimierung der Buchhaltungsprozesse bei
7. Du bist Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuer- und Controlling-Abteilungen bei Rückfragen zum Jahresabschluss
Dein Profil
8. Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte*r bzw. Kauffrau*Kaufmann oder vergleichbares Studium
9. Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
10. Fachwissen zu den einschlägigen Gesetzten (HGB, EstG und UStG)
11. Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
12. Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung

What you will be doing
19. You handle the ongoing, accrual-based financial accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking, and fixed assets accounting).
20. You prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB).
21. You optimize and ensure processes for recording all business transactions.
22. You prepare and submit VAT returns as well as the monthly reports to the German Central Bank.
23. You reconcile accounts and monitor and clear open items.
24. You contribute to the further development of internal processes and help optimize accounting workflows.
25. You act as a point of contact for auditors, tax consultants, and controlling departments regarding annual financial statements.
More about you
26. Completed training as a tax clerk, business administrator, or a comparable degree.
27. Professional experience in financial accounting.
28. Solid knowledge of relevant laws (HGB, EstG, and UStG).
29. Strong analytical thinking and a structured way of working.
30. Team player with a high level of personal responsibility.
