What you will do with us
* Manage and support group accounting activities for a large international organization.
* Perform and coordinate consolidation processes
* Ensure high-quality group financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
* Act as a subject matter expert for accounting and consolidation topics.
* Contribute to system and process improvements within Finance & Accounting.
* Support or lead migration and transformation projects, including SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA transitions.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, auditors, and cross-functional teams.
What you will bring with you
* More than 5 years of experience in group accounting in large organizations or in auditing large corporate groups.
* Steuerberater or Wirtschaftsprüfer exams are a strong plus.
* Retail industry experience is an advantage.
* Deep knowledge of IFRS and strong understanding of group financial reporting standards.
* Solid experience in consolidation, ideally with Tagetik.
* High affinity for SAP, Excel, and technical solutions supporting Finance and Accounting processes.
* Ideally hands-on experience in SAP migration projects (e.g., SAP R/3 → SAP S/4HANA).
* Pragmatic, hands-on working style combined with a strong drive to optimize structures and processes.
