3. Active involvement: Act as an essential link for colleagues in the Gas Service Central Organization and be part of the central IT organization
4. Interface management: Ensure effective cooperation with internal IT process owners and the business units to be supported, while acting as the primary interface as well as key contact person in an advisory capacity
5. Do you speak IT? Strengthen communication between IT and business units as well as vice versa; identify gaps in communication and collaboration among stakeholders as well as take proactive measures to resolve them
6. Unleash innovation potential: Regular, constructive exchange with various hierarchical levels, representing the needs of both business and IT; early identification of innovation as well as digitization opportunities to generate cross-business and cross-location synergy effects
7. Shape the change: Coordinate the introduction or modification of central IT services in business areas, considering the harmonization of the tool landscape

What You Bring
9. University degree in IT or a related field
10. Several years professional experience in customer management, demand management, or IT consulting (ideally with a background in project management)
11. In-depth expertise in requirement analysis and documentation
12. Strong communication skills, understanding of business processes, and presentation competency
13. Expertise at least one of the following fields: procurement, finance, engineering, project execution, bid management/sales
14. Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, with negotiation-level proficiency
