identify and secure key accounts in the industrial and renewable sectors, focusing on energy solutions (power and natural gas) tailored to their needs. This includes ongoing regarding price fixings etc
Play a pivotal role in shaping the sales approach and strategies for key accounts in an agile go-to-market approach ("design – try – scale or drop")
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine sales approaches
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support both client and company goals
Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights to senior management
At least 3 years of sales experience working for a power and/or natural gas supplier
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business development in competitive markets
Familiarity with digital tools and sales automation to enhance efficiency and client engagement
Fluency in German and communication level in English
