Your Challenge
* Responsibility (Product Owner) for all Processes managed in SAP SF Employee Central or in associated digital tools
* Act as a master data expert in all HR digitalization initiatives and consult Global HR Process Owners in data quality and data strategy matters
* Support global experts in reaching the next level of professionalism by continuously improving SAP SF Employee Central and deriving valuable insights for strategic decision making from available data
* Analysis of complex data sets from different countries and derivation of recommendations for action, considering local requirements
* Integral member of the HR Digitalization & Tools team as a SF EC Product Owner, steering and consulting the Global HR Process Owners and closely cooperating with IT and other stakeholders in various HR Digitalization Projects
* Leading further development and implementation of all regulatory and legal requirements (e.g. HR data security), governance and quality requirements as an interface to all digitalization initiatives
Profile description:
Your Profile
* Education: Successfully completed University degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
* Professional Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in SuccessFactors EC in a multinational environment, HR Systems & Data or a similar role
* Expertise:
* In-depth knowledge of SAP Employee Central
* Proven experience in data migration projects in SuccessFactors EC
* Strong skills in project and process management
* Languages: Excellent English skills; German is a plus
* Personality:
* Analytical thinking and strong data affinity
* Strong IT affinity
* Excellent communication skills
