The GPO is leading the global process owner organization for the quote-to-cash processes. Initially, the GPO will be leading the process owner organization within project ELEVATE. Upon completion of project ELEVATE, the GPO will continue to lead the process owner organization within a line function in Fresenius Kabi. The GPO is responsible for ensuring that all relevant quote-to-cash processes are outlined and documented by the process owner organization. This includes both SAP and non-SAP relevant processes. The GPO will be the primary speaking partner for all external partners supporting project ELEVATE, and for regional commercial teams of Fresenius Kabi. In addition, the GPO will also be the link to the CRM project called PULSE, which is run by the Commercial Excellence Team within Corporate Development. Close alignment of the Commercial processes between SAP and the salesforce CRM system is key to ensure the correct set-up between the two systems. Finally, the GPO will support on Customer Master Data governance from a business perspective. Responsibilities Build up and lead the quote-to-cash process organization Ensure Process Owners define and document all relevant processes within the “Quote-to-Cash” process maps Ensure end-to-end view on processes within aforementioned process maps Act as the central point of contact for assigned end-to-end process Lead/Co-Lead/Participate in workshops with internal and external stakeholders for assigned process Develop overall perspective on value potential in Quote-to-Cash (value case) and identification of requirements to achieve them Participate in workshops where commercial processes are part of other End-to-End processes, e.g., Forecast-to-Plan Prepare key design decisions for program governance bodies to take decisions (i.e., Design Authority, Functional Committees, Business Transformation Board)Liaise with relevant Regions, Business Units, and Corporate departments to ensure participation and contribution of right subject-matter-experts in process definition Ensure that process map for assigned end-to-end process is aligned with OneCRM process map Be speaking for external partners for assigned end-to-end process Support change management process Responsible for all HR relevant topics Requirements BA or BS required (MBA degree a plus) 8 years of commercial experience from Sales, Marketing, and or General Management (Process Transformation experience a plus) Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of the MedTech/ P&N industry or hospital products sales and marketing preferred. Ability to communicate at all levels, from Sales Reps up to higher management. Systems experience required, Excel, Power Point, Power BI and CRM’S Strong business acumen and highly analytical thinking with attention to details. Ability to work independently while having a strong team spirit. Proficiency in English. Travel required; approximately 20-30% including international.
