As a key member of our organization, the Strategic Financial Director plays a vital role in overseeing financial planning and analysis activities.
This position requires close collaboration with regional and business unit finance teams to ensure transparency and actionable insights inform strategic and operational decisions. Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting group-wide financial planning and forecasting processes
* Coordinating monthly and quarterly management reporting
* Collaborating with regional and business unit finance teams to consolidate forecasts
The successful candidate will also support strategic initiatives and develop key financial frameworks, including working capital and profitability models. They will continuously improve financial tools, processes, and systems, focusing on automation, data analytics, and digital solutions to enhance speed, accuracy, and visualization of financial data.
Required skills and qualifications include:
* A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent
* More than 5 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or business finance, preferably in an industrial business environment
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience with reporting tools and SAP is beneficial
Strong analytical skills, structural thinking, team player ability, and effective verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
