Job description
Your responsibilities:
1. Diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions
2. Perform mechanical repairs and retrofits
3. Execute specified electrical tasks and upgrades
4. Carry out maintenance tasks based on checklists and document results
5. Install and relocate existing machine tools
6. Commissioning of machines, including grinding trials and acceptance runs
7. Train machine operators and maintenance staff (mechanical and electrical)
8. Troubleshoot issues in close collaboration with customers
9. Install new machines at international customer sites

Requirements
Your profile:
15. Completed technical education in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or similar
16. Initial experience as a field service technician or similar technical role is a plus
17. Solid understanding of machine mechanics and electrical systems
18. Confident with standard IT tools (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems)
19. Fluent in German and English – additional languages are an asset
20. Strong sense of responsibility and a team-oriented mindset
21. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude
22. Willingness to travel internationally (90% of assignments within the DACH region from Monday to Friday).
