Role Overview
We are looking for an HR professional based in Germany who can manage both end-to-end recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The role requires strong knowledge of German labor laws and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
* Handle HR operations: employee records, contracts, payroll coordination, and benefits.
* Support compliance with German labor regulations and company policies.
* Act as a point of contact for employee queries and relations.
* Assist in performance management, training coordination, and HR reporting.
Requirements
* 3–5 years of HR experience in Germany, covering both recruitment and HR operations.
* Strong knowledge of German labor law and HR compliance.
* Experience with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Xing, job boards).
* Excellent communication skills in German and English.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred
* Prior experience in IT/Tech or international companies.
* HR certifications (e.g., PHRi, SHRM, or German HR-related certifications).
