Your mission Your responsibilities will include CMO management: evaluation, maintenance, and development of supplier relationships. You will be responsible for the execution of purchasing processes, including demand planning (scheduling), ordering, monitoring delivery dates and goods receipt. Your tasks will also include the management and resolution of supply bottlenecks to ensure uninterrupted material availability. You will support the administration and maintenance of item master data as well as purchasing and inventory data in the ERP system. You will ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards throughout the supply chain. Your work will be characterized by close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Logistics, Quality Management and Regulatory Affairs. You will monitor supplier performance indicators, including OTIF. You will support strategic initiatives to standardise processes and boost automationfor long-term efficiency gains. You will actively participate in cross-functional project teams and supply chain mapping. Your profile You have completed a bachelor's degree. You have professional experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or a similar sector. You have analytical thinking skills and a high degree of initiative. You communicate very confidently in English; knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage. You are familiar with all common MS Office applications and also have advanced knowledge of the MS Dynamics NAV ERP system. In addition, you have strong communication and organizational skills and are able to work under pressure. You are willing to travel internationally. Why us?
