Ihre Aufgaben:
1. Sicherstellung der Prozessabläufe gemäß der vorgegebenen Unternehmenskennzahlen und Zielen
2. Führung und Förderung von unterstellten Mitarbeitern
3. Personaleinsatzplanung gemäß Vorgaben erstellen
4. Auswertung, Erfassung und Überwachung von Teamzielen und Teamergebnissen
5. Einhaltung der das Unternehmen betreffenden Richtlinien, Prozesse und gesetzlichen Anforderungen
6. Kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosten, Produktivität
7. eigenständige Lösung auftretender Service- und Schnittstellenprobleme
8. Unterstützung des Managements bei der Kommunikation und Interaktion mit internen und externen Kunden und Dienstleistern
