To reinforce our worldwide nuclear valve market leadership position, we are establishing a global product marketing organization structured by valves signature brands (Fisher, Crosby, Sempell, Vanessa, Keystone) and Instruments (Fisher, Sempell). The Product Manager objective is to drive profitable growth worldwide. The main responsibilities are order growth, improve product cost position, analyze competition, define product portfolio gap, lead NPD process in close cooperation across the organization (Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance). In this role your responsibilites will be: Define market needs, analyze competition and portfolio gaps, develop, and maintain strategic product roadmaps to provide differentiated solutions Analyze product performance and recommend actions as needed. Address life cycle of products and propose plan to manage obsolescence Lead the NPD process including budget and planning Be the primary point contact of Subject Matter Expert for the sales channel. Drives and support sales actions (demo, customer visits, events …) Support manufacturing operations for assigned products Support creation of product literature and sales/marketing collateral and tools. For this role you will need: 4 or more years experience in engineering, sales, or marketing. Strong knowledge of the valve business (mechanical, actuation, instrumentation). Position requires strong presentation, writing, and analytical skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to travel as required (10 - 15%). Fluent English and German. Preferred qualifications to set you apart: Degree in mechanical engineering. Previous experience as a product manager in the valve industry. Experience working with the Nuclear industry.
