Your tasks
5. Performing molecular biological and biochemical analyses for preclinical and clinical studies.
6. Extraction and quantification of nucleic acids (DNA/RNA) from various samples using qPCR/dPCR.
7. Quantification of target proteins using ELISA technology.
8. Ensuring the quality and documentation of all analysis results.
9. Active participation in the establishment and optimization of laboratory processes and methods.
Your profile
10. Completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in a natural science subject (biology, biochemistry or similar).
11. Proven practical experience in the field of molecular biology and laboratory analysis.
12. Routine handling of nucleic acid extraction and PCR methods (qPCR, dPCR).
13. Knowledge of protein quantification by ELISA is required (experience with MSD-ELISA is a plus).
14. Meticulous, structured working style and very good German language skills.
