Your profile
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, process, electrical, or related).
2. 7+ years commissioning experience in industrial, chemical, battery, or energy-related facilities. Pilot-to-commercial scale experience preferred.
3. Strong understanding of process equipment, automation systems, instrumentation, and safety systems.
4. Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced startup environments and manage evolving scopes.
5. Excellent troubleshooting and cross-functional coordination skills.
6. Ability to interpret P&IDs, control logic, process flow diagrams, and equipment specs

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking a person that has a strong sense of ownership and responsibility and ready to make an impact. Your responsibilities will be to:
* Develop and own commissioning strategy, schedules, procedures, and documentation for produciton process lines and supporting utilities.
* Coordinate with process engineering, construction, controls, and operations to ensure design intent is met during startup.
* Lead factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), dry runs, functional checks, and performance validation.
* Troubleshoot process, mechanical, electrical, and controls issues; drive rapid root-cause identification and corrective actions.
* Define and implement safety protocols for commissioning activities, including LOTO, energization plans, and equipment readiness checks.
* Train operations and maintenance teams on equipment functionality and startup procedures.
* Manage vendors and contractors during commissioning and early operations.
* Build commissioning documentation packages for turnover and regulatory compliance
