The starting salary is based on your qualifications and professional experience.Your ResponsibilitiesLead Contract & Claim Management (CCM) for projects up to 50 millionDevelop and implement effective contract and claim management strategiesAnalyze review and ensure contract compliance throughout all project phasesProcess legitimate claims while defending against unjustified demandsManage Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents and support contract negotiationsCollaborate with auditors engineers legal advisors and project teamsConduct contract reviews trainings and workshopsImplement structured risk and opportunity assessment processesOversee and coordinate dispute resolution and change order managementPrepare and maintain professional contractual documentation and correspondenceYour ProfileDegree in Civil Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field with legal/contractual qualifications10 years of experience in contract and claim management (construction/engineering)Hands-on experience in industrial or plant construction preferably in large-scale international projectsProven expertise in contract execution and claims managementStrong communication and negotiation skills in complex environmentsWillingness to travel internationally for short- and long-term assignmentsFluent in English and German (additional languages are a plus)Join our team and drive innovation in Contract & Claim Management!For preliminary inquiries please contact Suzana.
