Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management in this region. Responsibilities Support customers and partners to understand the value we can deliver to their business, and challenges we can help them solve. Work cross-functionally across Google and partners to resolve technical roadblocks, constraints and product challenges. Become the subject matter expert to differentiate Google Cloud to the most strategic customers. Identify business and technical requirements, conduct full technical discovery and architect client solutions to meet gathered requirements. Use expertise and communication skills to engage with customers to understand their business and technical requirements and persuasively present practical and useful solutions. Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities related, understand key customer objections, and develop the strategy to resolve blockers.
