As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:
1. You independently develop Proof-of-Concept and Proof-of-Value solutions to solve complex business challenges using state-of-the-art AI and machine learning technologies.
2. You actively shape the strategic direction of the company and drive value‑creating AI initiatives.
3. You work on innovative, research‑driven future topics and explore disruptive technologies and trends.
4. You apply and further develop statistical methods in an agile way to tackle data‑driven questions together with business departments or on your own initiative.
5. You act as a trendsetter for data science and AI within the organization by identifying new developments and promoting their adoption.
6. You translate complex concepts into clear messages by creating audience‑specific presentations, compelling data stories, and by collaborating closely with data engineers, data scientists, and ML engineers on productive AI solutions.
What makes you stand out
7. You hold a master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
8. You have at least 3 years of experience in data science and AI, ideally with a strong focus on research and proof‑of‑concept development.
9. You are proficient in Python and SQL and have hands‑on experience working with Azure and Snowflake platforms.
10. You have a solid understanding of statistical methods and apply them confidently and in an agile manner across various projects.
11. You communicate clearly and effectively, create impactful presentations, and craft compelling data stories.
12. You work independently as well as collaboratively, thrive in a fast‑paced and innovative environment, and stay up to date with current research and market trends in AI and machine learning.
