This position offers a permanent contract with a direct employment relationship with our client. Your Responsibilities:
* Care and treatment of rehabilitative patients with psychiatric conditions
* Development and supervision of individualized treatment plans
* Preparation of medical reports and social-medical assessments
* Leadership and coordination of the therapeutic team
* Enhancing cooperation between inpatient and outpatient care services
* Participation in on-call and background duty shifts
Your Profile:
* Recognized medical license (Approbation) in Germany
* Completed specialist training in Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy or Psychiatry and Psychotherapy
* Interest in social medicine assessments and interdisciplinary collaboration
* Commitment to actively shaping medical concepts
* Empathy and a patient-centered approach
