AllUnity is looking for a creative and hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will drive digital marketing excellence across our campaigns, channels, and platforms, helping us grow brand awareness, engagement, and conversion within the fast-moving world of digital finance.
You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven digital marketing initiatives across web, email, media, SEO, and social. Drive Digital Marketing Excellence:
Support the digital marketing initiatives for AllUnity, spanning from go-to-market strategy through the full lifecycle of customer engagement.
oversee the creation, launch, and ongoing maintenance of the website.
Plan, set up, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (web, email, social, paid, SEO) to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
Report regularly to the Head of Marketing and leadership on campaign performance and optimization recommendations.
Develop and promote high-quality content and marketing materials (articles, decks, one-pagers, videos) aligned with market trends and regulatory updates in English and in German.
Support planning and execution for AllUnity’s participation in key fintech, blockchain, and regulatory events worldwide. Provide regular performance reports and insights to the Head of Marketing and leadership team.
Continuously improve campaigns based on data-driven insights and market feedback.
3-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally within the payments, fintech, digital asset, or crypto industry.
~ Fluent in English and German - German native language skills are a strong plus.
~ Data-driven mindset with strong proficiency in campaign analytics, web tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEO platforms), and A/B testing.
~ A collaborative team player with a hands-on mentality who thrives in cross-functional environments and is comfortable working independently.
~ Confidence working with regulatory topics and breaking down technical content into compelling narratives.
