Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to assist in the implementation and daily operations of our corporate e-banking application. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain real-world experience in corporate banking and digital implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the setup and adaptation of e-banking systems for corporate clients.
* Manage user access and configuration updates for existing contracts.
* Contribute to technical and administrative operations, including the day-to-day management of e-banking platforms.
Client Interaction & Helpdesk Support
* Be in direct contact with clients by phone or email (approximately 60% in French, 40% in English).
* Assist clients with updates to their existing setup, such as adding users or adjusting access.
* Maintain a professional and service-oriented approach in all client interactions.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
* Currently studying Economics, Management, Finance, or IT.
* Have a genuine interest in banking and finance.
Languages:
* French required.
* English minimum B1 level, with additional languages being an asset.
