Your tasks
10. Generate enthusiasm for our vaccines by visiting doctors and pharmacies and getting them excited about our products.
11. Build and maintain networks: Establish and maintain valuable contacts with doctors, pharmacies, medical assistants and other specialist staff to promote long-term cooperation.
12. Use your sales skills: Use your sales strength in direct sales, whether digitally or in person.
13. Work together as a team: Work closely with your team and sales lead, contribute innovative ideas and regularly share best practices.
14. Drive agility and innovation: Use agile methods, work in project groups and look forward to a dynamic, flexible working environment. Core activities and responsibilities:
15. Customer focus: lead technical and sales discussions during doctor and pharmacy visits and organize your own events and practice seminars.
16. Event planning: Independently organize and conduct training events for medical professionals and represent Sanofi at congresses.
17. Transversal collaboration: Coordinate with colleagues from internal and external sales, marketing, medical, key account and public affairs and share customer feedback to implement a customer-oriented strategy.
18. Work digitally and data-driven: Evaluate interaction data independently and use digital tools to constantly optimize our customer approach. Collect feedback: Take feedback on adverse drug reactions or technical issues and forward them accordingly.
Your profile
19. MUST HAVE: Knowledge of influenza vaccines, experience in field service with physicians / pharmacies / gynecology
20. Qualification in accordance with AMG §75A (pharmaceutical officer/PTA/CTA/pharmacist/scientific studies)
21. Experience in pharmaceutical sales force, especially in direct sales to doctors and pharmacies
22. Very good communication skills, a confident manner and persuasiveness in dealing with customers and opinion leaders ? NEW - High level of personal responsibility and independent working style
23. Confident IT user skills (MS Office), as well as confident use of digital communication tools such as ZOOM
24. Ability to work under pressure, customer-oriented thinking and acting, high sales and result orientation
