We are seeking a Team Leader to oversee our Customer Service team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of 8 employees to provide top-notch customer service
* Collaborate with Sales, Order Management, Plant, and Logistics teams for seamless customer journey
* Support Oracle deployment and standardize service commitments
* Metric and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in leading, motivating, and developing a Customer Service team
* Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
* Grit and High Standards
* High degree of initiative
* Proficient written and spoken English skills
* University degree in Business Administration or a completed commercial apprenticeship with several years of job experience
