The CSA will be a trusted advisor helping customers secure their data estates and leverage Microsoft Purview’s integrated Data Security services.The Global Delivery (GD) team and the security team in Germany support Microsoft customers on hybrid/public cloud journeys, delivering secure and efficient implementations and partnerships.ResponsibilitiesDrive positive customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor. Provide feedback and insights from customers/partners, be the Voice of Customer to share insights and best practices, connect with Global Security teams at Microsoft, Engineering and Product teams to remove blockers and influence the solution roadmap.Land an end-to-end value proposition for Security (Zero Trust) spanning the breadth of Microsoft Security offerings, with focus on Data Protection, Threat Protection, Identity + Access Management, and Cloud Security.Support customers through the adoption lifecycle—planning, adoption, deployment, and optimization—and drive increasing utilization of Microsoft security products while leading technical solutioning and nurturing across the customer journey.Deliver technical presentations and demos; propose high-level solutions and collaborate with Microsoft and Partner resources to drive deployment and customer adoption. Identify cross-sell/upsell/Unified opportunities through customer engagement.Align personal skilling with team/area demands and Customer Success goals; accelerate customer outcomes by sharing expertise and contributing to IP creation and reuse.Run Architectural Design Sessions to build a plan for implementing the solution, ensuring design aligns with customer goals and technical environment; achieve consensus on the design and next steps toward production.Collaborate with other Cloud Solution Architects and stakeholders (FastTrack, partners, Microsoft Consulting) to develop complex end-to-end Enterprise solutions on the Microsoft Security platform.Embody our Culture and Values.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field and 5+ years of experience in Data Security/Information Security Management, or related field; 3+ years in cloud infrastructure, IT consulting/support, systems administration, architecture and/or software development.8+ years experience in a customer-facing role and on technical projects.Technical Certification in On-Premise and Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) and security certifications.Experience in end-to-end implementation of Data Security projects and understanding of Microsoft Purview architectures (eDiscovery, Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, Information Risk Management) at enterprise scale.Good understanding of the data security market, regulatory standards (e.g., ISO27001, NIS-2, TISAX), and current developments in data security.Experience with Microsoft 365 services and/or Azure data services (SharePoint, Teams, Office 365, SQL, Azure Data Lake).Subject Matter Expertise in at least two of the following areas: Microsoft Purview eDiscovery, Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, Insider Risk Management; customer-focused mindset as a trusted technical advisor.Knowledge in Threat Protection, SIEM/EDR, SOAR, SOC Management; Identity and Access Management; Cloud Infrastructure; Cloud Security; Data Security.
