Mission
* Analyze variances between planned and actual results and provide recommendations for management and relevant departments
* Contribute to the monthly planning cycle by ensuring correct Net Sales valorization as well as preparation of the Finance Deck
* Monitoring of the evolution of financial KPI's and important business drivers
* Improve financial and performance monitoring systems, including those for analysis, planning and reporting
* Support the implementation of new financial management and controlling tools and methods.
* Assist in driving transformation initiatives within the Controlling function
Profile
* Successfully completed Master’s in Business Administration with focus on finance or controlling
* First experience through internships, ideally in a relevant sector
* Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP and Power BI is a plus
* Strong analytical skills and detail orientation
* Proactive, curious mindset and strong communication skills
* Independent and structured working style combined with a solution-oriented approach
* Fluent language skills in English, German is a plus
