Our aim as Digital Empowerment is to empower all employees of the E.ON Group to acquire critical digital skills. Digital Empowerment operates in the space where people and technology meet by delivering relevant and engaging learning experiences in the areas of Data & AI, Automation and Personal Productivity to E.ON employees. Your Role – meaningful & rewarding Support the end‑to‑end design, development and deployment of upskilling content on digital topics such as Data & AI, Automation, and Personal Productivity Use (iterative) instructional design approaches (primarily SAM) ensuring that the content is effective and attractive Assist in analyzing learner personas, their needs, and pain points to translate them into clear learning objectives Work with (AI‑based) content authoring tools for content creation and upload, configure, and manage courses within the Learning Experience System (LXP) Closely collaborate with SMEs and business stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business goals Help ensure all learning content is accessible, user‑friendly, and meets (internal) quality standards Contribute to analyzing data on learning content performance to continuously improve instructional materials Your Profile – authentic & open‑minded Degree or near completion in Instructional design, Human Resource Management, Education, Organizational Psychology or a related field Up to 2 years professional experience with a proven track record of success in up‑and reskilling, preferably in an international matrix setting Business fluent in German and English (both written and verbal) Basic proficiency in our core authoring stack, especially Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline), Techsmith Camtasia and Synthesia; Initial experience with Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Frontify is a strong plus Foundational understanding of, and initial practical experience with, SAM instructional design approach. Understanding of other approaches, such as ADDIE, are a plus Passion for learning, people, technology and the energy transition.
