For our partner company based in Kassel, we are looking for an IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) as part of a direct placement (permanent position with our client).
In this position, you will ensure the smooth IT operation and availability of modern workplace systems and act as a competent contact person for technical issues in the Microsoft environment. You will accompany the entire hardware lifecycle from configuration to rollout and use your technical expertise to optimize digital collaboration at national and international locations. You will also act as the central IT coordinator for the location and coordinate regularly with corporate IT.
A start is possible immediately or at a later date.

Your tasks
6. Technical support and troubleshooting in the Microsoft environment with a focus on Windows and MS 365
7. Configuration, installation and support of end devices such as notebooks, PCs and mobile devices
8. Ensuring the functionality of printer systems and modern presentation technology in meeting rooms
9. Ensuring the availability of all IT components and carrying out regular inventory checks in the IT warehouse
10. Coordinating and processing repeat orders in collaboration with the central IT unit
11. Providing telephone support for technical inquiries for national and international locations of the Group
Your profile
12. Professional experience in the area of user support or in a comparable technical function
13. Knowledge in the administration and application of the Microsoft product range
14. High service orientation and a strong hands-on mentality in the daily work environment
15. Structured, reliable and independent way of working at the Kassel site
16. Confident handling of hardware components and modern conference room technology
