* Experience in large-scale retail operations (e.g., REWE, Edeka, Müller, Rossmann, Kaufland, dm, etc.)
* Proven success in promotional mechanics (ROI, sell‑out, rate of sale)
* Experience in POS display and promotional business (food, FMCG, lifestyle, or nutrition)
* Experience in international rollouts or network projects
* Background in FMCG, food, cosmetics, or fashion
* SAP (ideally Business One), Excel, Power BI
* Business‑fluent English skills
* Leadership experience and strong execution skills
* Resilience, organizational talent, and a hands‑on mindset

Operational & Project Business
* Planning, coordination, and on‑time execution of POS display campaigns (grocery retail, drugstores, specialty trade, gyms, marketplaces)
* Responsibility for disposition and demand planning in close collaboration with Sales, Product Development, and Inbound Logistics
* Coordination of transport and logistics processes with Outbound and external service providers
* Ensuring delivery deadlines, inventory management, and escalation handling
* Analysis and management of promotion mechanics, including ROI, sell‑out rate, and rate of sale
* End‑to‑end process management: Billboard → Shelf → Sell‑Out → Reorders
Strategic & Process Optimization
* Design and optimization of end‑to‑end processes
* Development and maintenance of international supplier and freight forwarder networks
* Implementation of process and system optimizations (SAP B1, BI tools, project management systems)
* Further development of forecasting and inventory strategies for B2B and DTC channels
* Support for internationalization and expansion projects
Leadership & Collaboration
* Leading, coaching, and developing a three‑person Supply Chain team
* Responsibility for team goals, KPIs, and performance
* Close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and international partners
* Contract and negotiation management with suppliers and freight forwarders
