Your tasks
4. Process Development: Act as the technical interface between materials science (pastes/inks/slurries) and advanced printing processes.
5. Paste & Ink Engineering: Develop, characterize, and optimize pastes for the metallization of solar cells and catalyst inks for PEM fuel cells.
6. Screen Printing: Apply and refine flatbed screen printing techniques for high-precision structuring.
7. Layer Characterization: Conduct deep characterization and analysis of printed layers, ensuring top performance for fuel cells and solar applications.
8. Scale-up: Support the transition of innovative lab-scale processes into robust manufacturing solutions.
Your profile
9. Wafer Expertise (Absolute Must-Have): You bring a deep technical understanding of wafers and wafer handling.
10. Printing Know-How: Strong practical experience in flatbed screen printing and the characterization of pastes, slurries, or catalyst inks.
11. Technical Vocabulary: You are highly familiar with specific structural components such as contact fingers and busbars/contact springs.
12. Language Skills: Fluent English (C1 level) is required to communicate effectively within the international team.
13. Bonus / Nice-to-Have:
Good German skills (B2 level) are considered a strong plus.
A background in the semiconductor industry. Experience with the metallization of solar cells or PEM fuel cells. Basic knowledge of power electronics
