About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in the medical device sector. This role is crucial in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for specialized positions within TAVI, orthopedic, and coronary medical devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting within the medical device industry and a deep understanding of the German market.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent in the medical device sector.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance on talent acquisition strategies.
* Source, screen, and interview candidates with experience in TAVI, orthopedic, and coronary medical devices.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
* Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including direct search, networking, and employer branding initiatives.
* Maintain compliance with German labor laws and industry regulations.
* Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, universities, and professional organizations.
* Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in talent acquisition within the medical device industry.
* Must have strong knowledge of TAVI, orthopedic, and coronary medical devices.
* Familiarity with German recruitment practices and employment laws.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
* Fluent in German and English.
