OverviewUpway is a fast-growing startup building the largest marketplace for refurbished e-bikes with its biggest workshop in Düsseldorf. We are looking for a Head of Bike Mechanics / Workshop Manager (m/f/d) to manage the Upway workshop in Düsseldorf. The team of mechanics (>50) repairs a large number of different used e-bikes and restores them to excellent condition, so that Upway customers have a huge and high-quality selection of e-bikes at their disposal.As a Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for the entire e-bike repair process and ensure that the bikes are delivered in outstanding quality. You will also be responsible for building the team of mechanics and leading them by setting an example as a problem-solver and with your eye for detail in bike repairs.You and your team will work undisturbed and without customer contact in a well-equipped workshop where the focus is exclusively on the bikes.
