Our project and team
You’ll be based on-site in Cologne, Germany, supporting a key European agency.
This is a full-time, in-person position, where you'll join a dynamic, multicultural team delivering high-quality IT support for international projects.
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in IT service delivery.
- English level C1 or equivalent (spoken and written).
- ITIL Foundation or solid knowledge of IT Service Management practices.
- Technical knowledge of PCs, laptops, printers, servers, and mobile devices.
- Good understanding of Microsoft and iOS operating systems.
- Advanced skills in MS Office and communication tools (Teams, Outlook, etc.).
- Experience with ServiceNow or any major ticketing platform.
- German at B2 level or equivalent is highly valued.
