Join our team as HR Manager (m/f/d) and oversee HR operations for our manufacturing site in Germany. In this role, you’ll guide HR service delivery, build strong partnerships across the business, and drive process improvements to strengthen our German HR function.

Role Responsibilities
11. Drive and implement HR policies, processes, and tools aligned with business goals and compliant with German labor law and global HR standards. Similar responsibilities for our smaller entities in Austria and Switzerland.
12. Support organizational development, foster a positive workplace culture, and strengthen the employer brand
13. Lead the local HR team and support their continous growth
14. Advise leaders on all HR and employment law matters, providing hands-on support across employee relations, payroll, compensation, and compliance
15. Manage payroll execution and coordination with internal and external partners, ensuring accuracy and legal adherence
16. Lead implementation of global HR programs in performance, learning, and rewards
Minimum Qualifications
17. University degree in HR, Social Sciences, Law, Business Administration or related field or equivalent through experience
18. Experience managing and developing a team (5 direct reports)
19. Minimum 5 years of generalist HR management experience
20. In-depth knowledge of German labor law
21. Fluent in German and English

22. Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to gain stakeholder buy-in and support change

24. Experience in a manufacturing environment
25. Trainer Certification: AdA schein (Ausbilderschein)
