Your Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the global network team, offering technical direction and mentorship
* Define and implement corporate standards for LAN, WLAN, and WAN infrastructure
* Oversee the full lifecycle of network devices: routers, switches, firewalls, and monitoring tools
* Optimize performance, security, and cost-efficiency across the network landscape
* Resolve 2nd and 3rd level issues related to Internet, Firewalls, LAN, WLAN, and WAN
* Manage vendors and service providers to ensure quality and efficiency
* Provide network expertise for global and local IT projects
Your Profile
* Min 6 years of experience in a senior role managing networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN, Firewalls) in international environments
* In-depth knowledge of networking protocols and technologies including switching, routing, and traffic control
* Proven track record in managing 24/7/365 global network operations
* Experience with IT project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, ITIL preferred)
* Hands-on experience with Cisco
* Familiarity with cloud platforms, and Azure
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
* Excellent English communication skills and German level B1 minimum
