We need someone who can build fast, think big, and doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. You'll be crafting the foundation of a new generation tax platform used by tens of thousands of businesses. Activities What you’ll actually be doing: Care and implement a state of the art design language into our products. Work closely with the engineering team to ensure design feasibility and implementation. Conduct user testing to gather feedback and improve design. Build the company's design system from the ground up. Develop and iterate on prototypes to demonstrate and test design concepts. Requirements Real talk: You are one of the first folks joining our team (currently 6). Office only (Düsseldorf) - (Some remote days are completely o.k.)
