We’re currently seeking a Specialist for Web Content to join our Field Marketing Services team in Frankfurt. In this role, you’ll help shape the digital presence of our hotels by creating, optimising and managing high-quality website content that drives performance and supports our brand promise. Your Day-to-Day Develop and manage hotel website content in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies Maintain quality and consistency through effective use of Content Management Systems (CMS) Optimise for performance, ensuring all content meets SEO best practices, includes relevant keywords, and is fully localised where needed Track and analyse results, delivering insight-led improvements and supporting overall project timelines Support multiple digital marketing initiatives that reflect IHG’s standards, voice, and customer-first mindset Support the wider Field Marketing Services team working with teams across Europe and the US.
