Job description
* You look after and supervise children aged X to Y years and ensure their well-being in everyday daycare
* With creativity, you plan and accompany sporting, musical and creative activities to promote children's development
* In regular dialogue with parents, you inform about developmental progress, musical and creative activities to promote the child's development
* In regular dialogue with parents, you provide information about developmental progress and special incidents
* You support children with everyday routines such as meals, personal hygiene and dressing and undressing
* In addition, you document observations and developmental steps in logs and development reports
Requirements
* You have completed training as a state-recognised educator
* Alternatively, you have a comparable pedagogical qualification in accordance with the state legal requirements in Thuringia
* Additional further training or specialisation, e.g. in curative education or special educational support, would be an advantage for you
* Ideally, you have practical experience in the care and support of children in daycare facilities
