KG Organization Grid Technologies Business Unit Business Strategy Full / Part time Part-time Experience Level Student (Not Yet Graduated) Location: ERL S SP 11Mode of Employment: Part-time / Fixed TermA Snapshot of Your Day Working Student in Marketing with a focus on Marketing automation, SharePoint, and AI As a Working Student in Marketing, your primary responsibilities will center on supporting the team with a special emphasis on marketing automation, SharePoint management, and artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives. You will play a key role in advancing the adoption of modern AI tools and concepts within marketing, helping to identify and define relevant use cases. Your involvement will extend to strategic projects such as marketing automation, webinars, and data-driven marketing activities. Additionally, you will assist in optimizing the use and reach of digital channels, including websites, email, and social media platforms. Part of your duties will include maintaining, processing, and analyzing marketing data found in company tools and databases. You will also contribute by creating and updating various marketing assets, such as images, videos, brochures, flyers, and presentations, ensuring that marketing materials are current and effective. How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Support the team in expanding the use of AI across Marketing, defining use cases and accelerating the adoption of modern AI tools and concepts
2. Be involved in strategic projects such as marketing automation, webinars and data-driven marketing initiatives
3. Support the expansion and use of our digital channels such as websites, email and social media
4. Maintaining, processing and evaluating marketing data collected in our tools and databases
5. Assist in creating and updating marketing assets such as image and video material, brochures, flyers and presentations
What You Bring
6. Current studies in marketing, media, business informatics, industrial engineering or a similar field of study
7. Curiosity and basic understanding of AI tools, digital automation and modern marketing technologies, as well as the ability to learn quickly
8. First practical experience during your studies through internships, working student activities are an advantage, but not mandatory
9. Good MS Office skills and Knowledge of Creative Cloud programs (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro & After Effects) or similar is an advantage
10. Fluent in English
11. Ability to work in a team, communication skills, motivation and enthusiasm, analytical thinking as well as careful and independent work
