Demand Planner (f/m/d)
Your tasks: We make the difference together
* Responsibility for demand planning within the brand area and acting as a key driver of S&OP process development
* Coordination of demand planning processes within your area of responsibility
* Creation of short‑ and long‑term sales forecasts based on historical data analyses, market trends, and other relevant factors
* Close collaboration with stakeholders (Sales, Product Management, Marketing) throughout the demand planning process with a strong focus on results (e.g. opportunities & risks, product lifecycle management)
* Preparation, facilitation, and documentation of S&OP Demand Review meetings
* Analysis and understanding of deviations between demand plans, budget, and previous S&OP plans
* Continuous improvement of sales forecasting processes and methodologies
* Support of budgeting processes
* Reporting, analysis preparation, and master data compliance
Your profile: We like what makes you stand out
* You hold a university degree in Mathematics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field
* Ideally several years of relevant professional experience
* Strong analytical skills combined with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Motivation and a strong drive for continuous improvement
* Very good English skills, both written and spoken
* Willingness to travel for regular visits to our production sites
