* Implementing a modern management approach based on agile values and principles
* Leading and continuously developing an international squad in close cooperation with specialised chapter leads
* Managing stakeholders to identify and analyse the requirements of our business partners and integrate them into the development process
* Developing solutions in the area of data and analytics with the squad in order to efficiently achieve the company’s goals
* Assuming responsibility for the product and target achievement, as well as for presenting it to various stakeholders
* Collaborating with a growing team of experienced experts in the field of data and analytics to develop innovative solutions
Your Profile
What you should have.
* Academic degree, ideally with focus on IT
* Several years of experience in a management role or as a product owner or consultant
* Extensive project experience in the area of data and analytics
* Practical experience in an agile working environment, especially in stakeholder management
* Assertive, committed and team player, with good communication and interpersonal skills
* Very good written and verbal English language skills
What is desirable.
* Experience in managing external partners
