Your responsibilities:
* Manage the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Ensure payroll compliance with local and international regulations.
* Work closely with the HR and Finance departments to optimize procedures.
* Respond to employee queries and resolve payroll-related issues.
* Propose improvements to streamline payroll management and employee benefits.
Your profile:
* 2-4 years' experience in a similar role or in a fiduciary.
* Fluent in French and English.
* Strong Excel skills are a major advantage.
* Recognized for your rigor, autonomy, and motivation.
* Bachelor's degree.
